How fast is turnaround?
One-offs: about a week. Bulk orders: 10–14 days. Need it faster? Ask about rush.
What's a digital proof?
A mockup of your exact item with your logo placed on it. Nothing gets engraved until you approve it. Free on every order, every time.
What logo file do you need?
Vector (AI/SVG/PDF) is best, but a clean JPG or PNG works — we'll redraw it at no charge if needed.
Can you match our brand colors?
The patch is genuine leather and the engraving is burned, not printed — choose natural, dark brown, or black leather and the result reads premium, never printed-on.
How do I pay?
All major cards through the site. Invoicing available for business bulk orders.
Do you do embroidery?
No — laser-engraved leather patches only. That's the point: they last longer and look better.
Can you engrave something I already own?
Usually, yes. Knives, magazines, tools, gifts — if the laser can reach it, we can probably mark it. Send a photo through the quote form and we'll confirm.
